Aufgaben
- Pflege, Betreuung und Begleitung von Patientinnen und Patienten im stationären psychiatrischen Setting
- Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung des Pflegeprozesses
- Beobachtung, Dokumentation und Weitergabe von pflegerelevanten Informationen
- Unterstützung bei therapeutischen Maßnahmen
- Mitgestaltung eines sicheren, strukturierten und wertschätzenden Milieus
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Pflegefachpersonen, Ärztinnen/Ärzten und Therapeutinnen/Therapeuten
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ
- Erfahrung in der Psychiatrie von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend
- Hohe Sozial- und Selbstkompetenz sowie Einfühlungsvermögen
- Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
- Verantwortungsbewusste und reflektierte Arbeitsweise
