Clinical Trial Manager – Central Monitoring Manager

I'm currently partnering with a leading global biopharmaceutical company to appoint a Clinical Trial Manager – Central Monitoring to join their Clinical Research & Development team in Switzerland.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in Central Monitoring, Risk-Based Monitoring (RBM), Clinical Operations, or Clinical Data Review who are looking to take on a highly visible role supporting global clinical studies.

• Ongoing review of clinical trial data across multiple studies
• Identification of protocol deviations, data inconsistencies, and patient/site-level risks
• Cross-functional collaboration with Data Management, Biostatistics, Medical Monitoring, and Pharmacovigilance
• Driving data quality and study oversight through centralized monitoring activities
• Supporting compliance and patient safety across international clinical trials

• Central Monitoring / RBM experience
• Clinical Operations, CRA, Senior CRA, Study Manager or CTM background
• Strong analytical skills and clinical judgment
• Experience reviewing EDC, laboratory and safety data
• Ability to identify trends across patients, sites, and studies
