143 Bewohnenden zudengrössten Anbieterndes Kantons Thurgau. Im Zentrum unserer Arbeit steht das Wohl der Bewohnenden und Mitarbeitenden.
Aufgaben :
- Ganzheitliche Pflege und individuelle Unterstützung der Bewohnenden in der Alltagsgestaltung
- Umfassende Pflegedokumentation und Erfassung der Leistungen
- Ausführen von medizinaltechnischen Verrichtungen, Medikamentenmanagement
- Visiten mit Ärzten, Kontaktpflege zu Therapeuten
- Bezugspflegesystem
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als FaGe EFZ
- Ausgewiesene Selbst-, Sozial- und Fachkompetenz
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (Pflegedokumentation und Leistungserfassung)
