medamicus sucht eine/n Fachexperte/in Pflege – Chirurgische Pflege (80–100%). Sie gestalten die Pflegepraxis in komplexen Pflegesituationen, begleiten Mitarbeitende im klinischen Alltag und fördern den Wissenstransfer aktiv.
Sie initiieren und begleiten Projekte, planen interne Weiterbildungen und entwickeln Pflegestandards weiter. Führungs- und Kommunikationsstärke sowie Erfahrung im Akutbereich sind erwünscht;
Start 01.10.2026 oder nach Vereinbarung.
