medamicus sucht eine/n Fachexperte/Fachexpertin Pflege Ambulante Pflege zur ganzheitlichen Pflege und Betreuung von Klient:innen im häuslichen Umfeld. Sie erstellen Pflegeplanungen, führen Pflegevisiten durch und schulen Pflegefachkräfte sowie Angehörige.
Die Qualitätssicherung erfolgt evidenzbasiert, mit Unterstützung des Hausarztes. Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich, verfügen über eine APN-Qualifikation, bringen mehrjährige Pflegeerfahrung mit und kommunizieren interdisziplinär.
