Overview
Als Dipl. Pflegefachperson Dialysepflege in Lachen SZ übernehmen Sie die selbstständige Durchführung der Dialysebehandlungen und tragen zur Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität bei. Sie führen die Pflegedokumentation und setzen ärztliche Verordnungen um. Die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit allen Berufsgruppen sowie die Freude an interprofessioneller Zusammenarbeit sind integraler Bestandteil der Tätigkeit.
Qualifikationen- Ausbildung als diplomierte Pflegefachperson
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Dialyse
- Erfahrung im Akut-Spital, in der Dialyse sowie auf einer nephrologischen Abteilung
- Empathie, Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit Patientinnen und Patienten sowie Kommunikationsstärke
- Hohe Eigenverantwortung, gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office
- Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit
Das Pensum beträgt 100 %.
