Location: Windisch
Für unser motiviertes Team der Akutstation mit Schwerpunkt "Psychose" der Klinik für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie suchen wir nach Vereinbarung Dich als Aufgaben
- Weiterentwicklung der Station in Co‑Leitung mit der Fachführung
- Personalmanagement und Teamentwicklung (ca. 18 Mitarbeitende)
- Festigung wirksamer Organisationsstrukturen und Prozesse
- Aktives Mitwirken in der dualen Führung sowie in der intensiven interprofessionellen Zusammenarbeit im akutpsychiatrischen Setting
- Aktive Beteiligung an zukunftsgerichteten Veränderungsprozessen, insbesondere in der Weiterentwicklung pflegerisch-therapeutischer Angebote
- Pflegefachperson (HF/FH) von Vorteil mit Berufserfahrung in der stationären Psychiatrie
- Integre und vertrauenswürdige Persönlichkeit mit hoher Selbst- und Sozialkompetenz
