Location: Lachen
- Selbstständige Durchführung der Dialysebehandlungen in der Dialyseabteilung
- Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität und interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit allen Berufsgruppen zur Gewährleistung einer optimalen Patientenversorgung
- Sorgfältige, lückenlose und nachvollziehbare Führung der Pflegedokumentation und Verantwortung für die Ausführung ärztlicher Verordnungen
- Ausbildung als diplomierte Pflegefachperson, von Vorteil mit Erfahrung im Akut-Spital, in der Dialyse oder auf einer nephrologischen Abteilung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Dialyse
- Teamfähige, flexible Persönlichkeit mit Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit
- Empathie, Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an interprofessioneller Zusammenarbeit
- Leidenschaft für eine patientenzentrierte, professionelle Pflege
- Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit den Patientinnen und Patienten sowie hohe Eigenverantwortung
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse, jede weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil
- Gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse, insbesondere in MS Office
