Sie führen das Pflegeteam, organisieren Abläufe, übernehmen Tagesverantwortung und gestalten Teammeetings;
Sie arbeiten interdisziplinär, fördern Pflegequalität und tragen zur Rekrutierung bei.
Sie bringen eine SRK-anerkannte Ausbildung und idealerweise Führungserfahrung in der Langzeitpflege sowie Deutschkenntnisse mit;
Französischkenntnisse gelten als Vorteil.
