- Du betreust Kinder und Jugendliche auf der Bettenstation mit den Schwerpunkten Onkologie und Stammzellentransplantation.
- Du gestaltest die Bezugspflege in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Eltern anhand der Grundlage des Pflegeprozesses und der familienzentrierten Pflege.
- Du hältst unsere Qualitätsstandards ein und entwickelst diese weiter.
- Du begleitest Studierende Pflege HF/FH und Lernende FaGe.
- Diplom in Pflege HF oder FH
- Erfahrung im Akutbereich der Pädiatrie sowie der Onkologie- oder SZT-Pflege
- Fähigkeit zu teamorientiertem Arbeiten
- Flexibilität in der Arbeitsorganisation
- Bereitschaft, Entscheidungen zu treffen und mitzutragen
