Spitäler fmi AG sucht eine Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder Sozialpädagogin HF/FH (40–60 %) für das Ambulatorium Interlaken. Sie begleiten Patient:innen mit Suchterkrankungen im sozialpsychiatrischen Umfeld und arbeiten im interdisziplinären Team.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören Weiterentwicklung von Angeboten, Aufbau von Gruppenangeboten und Vernetzung mit internen/externen Fachstellen. Sie gestalten eine bedarfsgerechte Versorgung aktiv mit und profitieren von einer kollegialen Arbeitsumgebung.
