medamicus sucht eine Leitung des Pflegeteams Seniorenpflege in der Schweiz. Sie tragen die fachgerechte Pflege und Organisation einer Abteilung mit bis zu 15 Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern sowie Tagesgästen.
Sie beraten, coachen und instruieren rund 15 Mitarbeitende, planen selbstständig die Arbeitseinsätze und pflegen den Kontakt zu Angehörigen. Die Mitverantwortung für die Ausbildung der Lernenden erfolgt in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bildungsteam.
