The Associate Product Manager My Solutions is a junior position designed for candidates at the beginning of their professional career, including recent graduates, with little to no prior work experience required. The role supports the management, development, and promotion of the My Solutions Personalized Ecosystem, Medacta's portfolio of technological tools and solutions designed to support orthopedic surgery. It contributes to marketing, product, and clinical activities across Medacta's orthopedic portfolio, including knee, hip, shoulder, spine, and sports medicine.
The position offers structured exposure to product management, strategic marketing, and cross-functional collaboration, with a strong focus on learning and professional growth.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the following activities:
- support the Group Product Management team in the development and execution of marketing plans for the My Solutions portfolio, in alignment with Business Unit and Corporate strategies;
- assist in the preparation and rollout of product launches, including marketing materials, sales tools, internal training content and customer-facing documentation;
- build and progressively deepen knowledge of orthopedic clinical procedures and My Solutions technologies across different applications (knee, hip, shoulder, spine, sports medicine);
- support interactions with healthcare professionals, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and internal stakeholders by preparing presentations, reports and follow-up documentation;
- contribute to the collection and organization of market feedback, clinical insights and competitive information to support product and portfolio decisions;
- assist in the preparation of documentation for regulatory submissions, tenders and hospital formularies related to My Solutions solutions;
- support Medacta branches and local teams in the organization of trainings, congresses, workshops and learning center activities, including basic ROI and activity reporting;
- collaborate with sales, clinical and R&D teams to support product training activities, demonstrations and, when appropriate, observation of clinical cases;
- support data analysis and reporting on product performance, market trends and ongoing projects;
- participate in local and international activities as required to support product management initiatives;
- monitor and analyze competitors' activities and products to ensure Medacta's My Solutions technologies maintain a competitive edge in the market;
- identify growth opportunities across business lines and regions to expand the adoption of the platform and ensure regular reporting to the Group Product Directors and Area Directors on market trends, product performance and strategic initiatives;
- engage in both local and international travel to support business development and customer engagement.
The resource should also have the following skills:
Hard Skills- University degree in Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related field;
- little to no prior work experience is required;
- internships, thesis projects, or academic exposure to medical devices, healthcare, or marketing are considered a plus;
- interest in orthopedic technologies, personalized medicine, digital solutions, robotics, or surgical innovation;
- analytical skills and willingness to learn how to translate data and insights into marketing and business actions;
- fluent English required (written and spoken). Knowledge of Italian, and any additional language is considered a plus;
- good proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook);
- willingness to travel for training, events or business support activities.
