Sie coachen Kolleginnen und Kollegen, übernehmen Fallführung und organisieren Pflegeabläufe, arbeiten eng mit Teamleitung und QM zusammen und gestalten Schulungen sowie Projekte mit.
Sie bringen einen Bachelor of Science in Pflege (oder vergleichbare Qualifikation) sowie Spitex- oder psychiatrische Berufserfahrung mit.
