The Commercial Education Spine Manager is responsible for leading the development and delivery of education programs that support spine healthcare professionals across the UK. This role has a direct impact on clinician capability, product adoption, and patient outcomes by delivering high-quality, innovative training experiences. You will work closely with commercial and clinical teams to ensure education strategies align with business goals while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and educational excellence.

• Lead the development and execution of spine-focused professional education strategies aligned to commercial and product priorities
• Design and deliver training programs for healthcare professionals, including procedural techniques and product application
• Identify educational gaps and implement targeted programs to address evolving spine training needs
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs to ensure alignment of education initiatives with commercial and clinical objectives
• Plan and deliver educational events such as workshops, cadaver labs, symposia, and regional training sessions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), spine surgeons, and healthcare institutions
• Monitor program effectiveness using performance metrics and feedback, driving continuous improvement
• Ensure all educational content and activities comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
• Incorporate digital learning tools and innovative delivery methods to enhance engagement and learning outcomes
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination for education programs

• Bachelor’s degree required (e.g., Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or related field)
• Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, or equivalent) preferred

• Typically 5–8 years of relevant experience in medical education, commercial training, or healthcare program management
• Experience designing and delivering education programs for healthcare professionals
• Strong understanding of the healthcare or medical device industry
• Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage clinical audiences effectively
