Stiftung Hofmatt Uettligen sucht ab Oktober 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine Aktivierungsfachperson HF, die das Team Aktivierung mit 60–100% führt. Sie stellen Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner in den Mittelpunkt, gestalten deren Selbstständigkeit und Bedürfnisse im Alltag.
Sie leiten das Team, koordinieren Studierende HF und setzen die Vorgaben des Aktivierungsbereichs um. Ihre Aufgabe umfasst die Weiterentwicklung der Aktivierung gemäß Strategie im gesamten Haus.
