The Merrimack School District is looking to hire Board Certified Behavior Analysts (multiple vacancies), to join our staff.

Full Time
5 days 35 - 40 hours a week
School Year (per diem summer work available)

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise para educators and other ABA providers while providing ongoing training and support.
• Build district capacity to support students experiencing behavioral challenges.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients lives.

• Salary commensurate with experience ranging $70K-90K
