Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene HF-Ausbildung als Pflegefachperson mit und idealerweise Kenntnisse im RAI-NH und Care Coach. Erwartet werden Motivation, Flexibilität, eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
