Spitex Seetal sucht eine Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF im Fachbereich Psychiatrie in Hochdorf (LU) mit 60–100% Anstellung. Sie betreuen Klientinnen und Klienten im ambulanten psychiatrischen Umfeld und übernehmen die Verantwortung für alle Schritte des Pflegeprozesses.
Sie arbeiten eng mit Kliniken, Ärztinnen/Ärzten und Sozialbehörden zusammen und tragen zur Weiterentwicklung des Fachbereichs Psychiatrie bei. Führerausweis B ist erforderlich. Arbeitsort:
