Das Alterszentrum Turm-Matt in Wollerau sucht per sofort eine Fachperson Gesundheit (FaGe) zur Verstärkung des Pflegeteams. Wir bieten eine freundliche, professionelle Atmosphäre und eine individuelle Betreuung der Bewohnenden.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören Pflege und Betreuung, Dokumentation, Medikamentenvergabe, Situationsbeurteilung, sowie Teamarbeit und Arztvisiten. Wir fördern Weiterbildung, bieten 25 Tage Ferien, Stundenmodell mit Nachtzuschlägen.
