Med Ipersonal sucht eine Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/mann HF mit 80–100% Pensum in Münsterlingen. Sie arbeiten in einem modernen Umfeld, betreuen Patientinnen und Patienten in Akut-, Langzeit- oder Spitexpflege und arbeiten eng mit interdisziplinären Teams zusammen.
Ihre Aufgabe umfasst Pflege, Beratung, Dokumentation und Therapieunterstützung. Sie bringen eine HF-Ausbildung mit, idealerweise Erfahrung in Spitex oder Spitalpflege, sowie exzellente Deutschkenntnisse.
