Alterszentrum Breitlen AG in Hombrechtikon sucht eine/n Nächtliche Pflegefachperson mit Engagement und Herz zur Pflege unserer Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner. Sie arbeiten im Nachtdienst als Gruppenverantwortliche und gestalten die Abendstruktur auf drei Stockwerken mit.
Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson ist erforderlich;
Teamfähigkeit, Herzlichkeit und Flexibilität sind wichtig. Das Haus bietet ein zuverlässiges Teamumfeld und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten.
