Genèses Clinic SA is looking for a motivated, experienced and versatile medical assistant, comfortable both with medical secretarial management and with blood sampling and medico-technical procedures.

• Holder of a CFC as a medical assistant, a recognised Swiss qualification or training deemed equivalent. Confirmed training and practice in blood sampling.
• Professional experience in a practice, hospital/clinic or outpatient medical environment. Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
• Very good level of English, written and spoken (professional level required). Mastery of another language is an asset.
• Any additional skills in the medico-technical field constitute a significant additional advantage.

• Good interpersonal skills, neat appearance, reliability and professional attitude. Autonomy, precision, organisational skills and strict respect for hygiene and safety rules.

• Welcome and take care of patients with kindness and professionalism.
• Ensure telephone reception and management of patient requests.
• Manage appointments, the diary and coordination of consultations.
• Ensure the management and updating of patient files as well as administrative tasks related to clinical activity.
• Write and manage correspondence, emails and administrative documents necessary for the smooth running of the clinic.
• Ensure coordination with doctors, laboratories and other clinic contacts.

• Perform blood sampling and other medico-technical procedures within your training and skills.
• Perform, within your skills and under medical supervision, various prescribed medico-technical procedures.
• Prepare equipment, identify and package samples according to current procedures. Ensure preparation & assistance for consultations and medical examinations.
• Participate in laboratory tasks and administrative follow-up related to clinical activity.
• Work closely with doctors and the clinic team.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, quality and safety protocols.
