Diaconis sucht eine stellvertretende Teamleiterin Pflege in Bern 80–100%. Sie unterstützen die Leiterin bei Führungsaufgaben, gestalten Pflegequalität mit und fördern die interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit in drei Heimen.
Eine Ausbildung als Pflegefachperson HF/FH sowie 5 Jahre Erfahrung sind erforderlich. Zusätzlich wünschenswert ist die Ausbildung zur Berufsbildnerin, sowie eine lösungsorientierte, vernetzte Arbeitsweise und Organisationsgeschick.
