Die Betreuung und Pflege Malters AG sucht eine Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF mit Schwerpunkt Psychiatrie für eine Teil- bis Vollzeitstelle (60–100%, Jobsharing möglich). Sie betreuen psychisch kranke Klientinnen und Klienten und klären notwendige Dienstleistungen nach RA I-HC ab.
Sie unterstützen das Spitex-Team, sichern eine hohe Pflege- und Betreuungsqualität, koordinieren die Pflegeleistungen in Absprache mit Ärzten und Partnern und führen Klientendossiers vor Ort mit dem Tablet.
