Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF 50 - 100%
Aufgaben :- Intensive Pflege, Betreuung, Behandlung und Rahabilitation der geriatrischen Patienten
- Übernahme der Tagesverantwortung gehört zum Aufgaben gebiet
- Mitwirkung im interdisziplinären Behandlungsteam, bestehend aus Ärzten, Pflege, Therapeuten und der Sozialberatung
- Begleitung der Lernenden
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann oder anderweitig gleichwertige und anerkannte Fachausbildung
- Freude und Interesse an der Pflege mit geriatrischen Patienten
- Teamfähig
- Gute organisatorische sowie kommunikative Fähigkeiten
