Kantonsspital Münsterlingen sucht eine/n Dipl. Pflegefachmann/-frau Palliativstation zur ergänzenden Unterstützung unseres Pflegeteams. Sie arbeiten auf der Palliativstation, betreuen Patientinnen und Patienten sowie deren Angehörige in enger Abstimmung mit dem interdisziplinären Team.
Sie bringen eine HF/FH-Ausbildung mit und verfügen idealerweise über Palliative-Care-Weiterbildung (mind. Level B1) sowie Berufserfahrung im Akutspital.
