Medi Personal sucht eine/n Fachmann/Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ (m/w/d) für die Langzeitpflege in Tramelan (80–100%). Die Stelle bietet eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit in der häuslichen Pflege und Unterstützung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten im Alltag.
Sie arbeiten selbstständig, mobil und eng mit Angehörigen sowie anderen Fachpersonen zusammen. Führerschein von Vorteil;
