Zu Ihren
Aufgaben gehören eigenständige Pflege, Behandlungspflege, Verantwortung für den Pflegeprozess, Beratung von Klienten und Angehörigen sowie Koordination der notwendigen Pflegeleistungen. Erwartet wird eine abgeschlossene HF-Ausbildung, gute Deutschkenntnisse und Führerausweis Kat.
