Sie arbeiten 100% in Bremgarten und übernehmen Pflegeverantwortung, pflegen Dokumentation und kooperieren mit Ärzten sowie Angehörigen. Sie verfügen über eine HF-Abschluss und idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Langzeitpflege, gute Deutschkenntnisse und eine selbstständige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.
