Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ gesucht (m/w/d) | Spitex | per sofort
Für unsere Kunden im Spitex-Bereich sucht die STB Personal AG engagierte Fachfrauen Gesundheit EFZ für abwechslungsreiche Einsätze bei Klientinnen und Klienten zu Hause.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Selbstständige Betreuung und Pflege der Klientinnen und Klienten
- Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege
- Unterstützung bei der Körperpflege und im täglichen Leben
- Beobachtung des Gesundheitszustandes
- Dokumentation der durchgeführten Pflegeleistungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen, Pflegefachpersonen und weiteren Fachstellen
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ
- Spitex-Erfahrung von Vorteil
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Führerausweis Kat. B
- Eigenes Fahrzeug von Vorteil
- Freude an selbstständigem Arbeiten und Kundenkontakt
