Arbeitstage:
Montag bis Freitag – flexibel während Bürozeiten
- Du betreust und begleitest psychiatrische Klient:innen zu Hause
- Du übernimmst die Fallführung und Pflegeorganisationen Deiner Klient:innen
- Du gestaltest den Pflegeprozess gemeinsam mit den Klient:innen ressourcenorientiert von A bis Z
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Umfeld sowie mit erweitertem Netzwerk (Ärzt:innen, Institutionen, Psychiatrie) zusammen
- Diplom als Pflegefachperson HF/FH, Schwerpunkt Psychiatrie
- Selbständige und selbstverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Empathie, Achtsamkeit und Authentizität im Umgang mit Klient:innen
- Flexibilität in der Arbeitsorganisation
- Führerausweis Kat. B
- Geregelte Arbeitszeiten (Montag bis Freitag) und 5 Wochen Ferien als Grundguthaben
