• Support individual care and assistance for residents.

• Completion as FaGe or Pflegefachperson HF required.
• Experience in palliative geriatrics is a plus.

The Riedacker Foundation Elderly Care Home is located in Heimberg, right by the beautiful Buechwald with views of a wonderful mountain panorama. In two residential homes, around 75 elderly and care-dependent people receive professional, attentive care and support in a cosy living environment with enjoyable tasting experiences.

To complement our team, we are looking for a Health Professional / HF Nursing Specialist 30-100% to start immediately or by arrangement.

You bring with you:

• Qualification as a FaGe or HF Nursing Specialist
• Experience and knowledge in palliative geriatrics are an advantage
• Interest in and understanding of the needs of dependent elderly people
• Nursing and social competence and enjoyment of your area of responsibility
• Self-responsibility, commitment, reliability and resilience
• Advanced knowledge in care planning and classification according to BESA / RAI
• IT user skills, good German language skills

Your main tasks:

• You support and take over the individual care and support of the residents
• You participate in professional responsibility and quality assurance
• You participate in the daily activities of the residents
• You take on daily responsibility in care and support
• Documentation of care according to BESA / RAI requirements
