• 360 Recruiting:
  Manage the recruitment process from start to contract signing. Acquire new clients for Phaidon through proactive cold outreach via phone and sell the professional service we provide. Be a reliable contact person for your candidates and clients.
• Client Relationships:
  Develop and nurture strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Meet with clients to deeply understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Candidate Engagement:
  Engage with candidates by providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
• Market Knowledge:
  Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to effectively advise clients and candidates.

• Proven experience as a 360 Recruiter within the Life Sciences Market.
• Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technology.
• A proactive and results‑oriented mindset.

As we operate in an international environment, fluent English skills are necessary.
