Per un nostro cliente sito nel Mendrisiotto, selezioniamo a partire da settembre:
- Recruitment & Selezione:
Gestione dell'intero ciclo di reclutamento (pubblicazione annunci, screening CV, colloqui di selezione e presentazione dei candidati). - Front Office: Gestione dell'accoglienza clienti e candidati, smistamento telefonate, gestione della corrispondenza e supporto organizzativo generale.
- Esperienza pregressa:
Almeno 3 anni nel ruolo di HR Recruiter. - Ottime doti comunicative, relazionali e organizzative.
- Capacità di gestire più attività contemporaneamente (multitasking).
- Buona conoscenza dei principali applicativi informatici e dei canali di reclutamento (es. Linked In, portali lavoro).
- Part - Time orizzontale : 50%
