Tasks- Manage a defined area of personnel administration independently.
- Oversee monthly payroll processing with relevant offices.
- Maintain employee data in SAP HR with high accuracy.
- Completed commercial training and HR further education required.
- Strong knowledge of social insurance and labor law essential.
- Excellent IT skills in SAP HR and MS Office necessary.
- Independent management of a defined area of personnel administration
- Responsibility for the monthly salary processing in cooperation with the relevant insurance and specialist offices
- Maintenance and management of personnel master data in SAP HR as well as ensuring high data quality
- Responsibility for time recording as well as the management of working hours, absences and holiday entitlements
- Ensuring smooth handling of all social insurance matters
- Competent contact person for employees and managers on administrative, payroll-related and social insurance law issues
- Administrative and organisational support for HR consultants
- Participation in HR projects
- Support of the HR counter as needed
- Completed commercial vocational training and further education as an HR specialist
- Many years of experience in HR administration including support in payroll processing (experience in healthcare is an advantage)
- Very good knowledge of social insurance and labour law
- Loyal and team-oriented personality with an accurate, independent and efficient working style
- Service- and solution-oriented thinking and acting
- High resilience, flexibility and reliability
- Very good IT skills in SAP HR, MS Office and common time recording programmes
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written; knowledge of French is an advantage
