Ihre Aufgaben:
- Zuständige Person für die Personaladministration und die erste Anlaufstelle für Mitarbeitende und Werkleiter
- Monatliche Lohnläufe koordinieren und kontrollieren (Monats- und Stundenlöhne, Zulagen, Überzeit, Prämien, Abzüge, etc) zusammen mit dem Backoffice
- Reporting von Monats-/Jahresabschlüssen
- Diverse HR-Tätigkeiten wie Ein- und Austritte, Arbeitsverträge, Zeugnisse, etc.
- Koordination und Begleitung des Rekrutierungsprozesses wie z.B. Erstellung von Inseraten, Bewerbungen prüfen, Gespräche und Referenzen für - Produktion, Fachkräfte und Administration
- Fragen zu Arbeitsrecht, Absenzen, Sozialwerken beantworten
- Abstimmung mit den Werken in der Schweiz und Deutschland
Ihr Profil:
- Eidg. FA HR-Fachmann/-frau oder gleichwertige, praxisnahe Weiterbildung mit Erfahrung in der produzierenden Industrie
- Sichere Erfahrung mit Lohnläufen/-kontrollen (für Deutsche Löhne werden Sie intern ausgebildet)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Schweizer Arbeitsrecht und Sozialversicherungen; DE-Berührung von Vorteil
- Abacus von Vorteil, sicheres Excel
- Hohe Eigenverantwortung sowie exakte und vorbildliche Arbeitsweise
- Selbstständig, erreichbar, klar in der Sache und effizient in der Umsetzung
