Own the end‑to‑end product experience at Arqh—from first insight to final pixels in production. You’ll work side‑by‑side with customers, engineers, and the founders to design how operators collaborate with intelligent systems.

Lead the full design process from first insight to final UI

Create intuitive and powerful interfaces for AI-driven workflows

Build and maintain a simple, effective design system

Run hands-on research and testing to validate your ideas quickly

Have shipped product at an early‑stage or fast‑paced team (you’re comfortable with ambiguity and speed).

Have experience with complex B2B workflows (ops tools, dense data, maps, timelines).

Bring a strong portfolio of thoughtful UX and clean product UIs.

Care deeply about solving real user problems.

Turn messy workflows into elegant experiences—with clear names, simple flows, and crisp states.

Languages:

fully proficient in English, preferred also German.
