- Design and deliver scalable solutions using the Power Platform and C# (.NET)
- Build MVPs to validate concepts and refine requirements
- Provide technical leadership, guide development teams, and define best practices
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional needs into robust technical designs
- Integrate solutions with Azure services, Dynamics 365, and other enterprise systems
- Promote knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification
- Several years of hands‑on experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate; ideally also Copilot/Power Pages)
- Solid knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing)
- Proven experience in solution architecture and technical leadership
- Certifications such as PL‑600 or PL‑400 and knowledge of Dynamics 365 are an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, a strong sense of ownership, and fluency in German (B2 or higher) and English
