Location: Rans
- Umsetzung von IT-Projekten: Requirements Engineering, Business Analyse, Tool-Evaluation und A-Z-Projektmanagement.
- Koordination der IT-Partner: Sicherstellen einer klaren, zielgruppenorientierten Kommunikation und Dokumentation;
Verantwortung für IT-Strategie und IT-Budget; fungieren als verbindendes Kommunikations- und Übersetzungsorgan zwischen IT-Anwender:innen und externen IT-Partnern. - Governance & Compliance: Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner IT-Richtlinien und Standards sowie Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der notwendigen Dokumentationen.
- Key-User-Betreuung: Befähigung und Coaching der Key-User;
Betreuung eines starken, kompetenten Netzwerkes zur Sicherstellung von reibungslosen IT-Prozessen. - Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der IT-Landschaft: Identifikation von Optimierung- und Innovationspotenzialen, Initiierung entsprechender Vorhaben und aktive Mitgestaltung der zukünftigen IT-Architektur.
- Unterstützung Zentrale Dienste: Zum Beispiel Unterstützung in QM-Projekten zur Sicherstellung effizienter, digital gestützter Prozesse und nachhaltiger Qualitätsstandards. Zusätzlich Unterstützung bei digitalen Marketingaktivitäten und tools – von der Analyse bis zur Umsetzung.
