Une entreprise de services informatiques à Genève recherche un Technicien Support IT N2 - Référent Service Desk. Vous assurerez un support orienté qualité pour les utilisateurs, gérerez les tickets via Service Now et monitorerez les services critiques avec Zabbix et Grafana. Le candidat idéal possède 4 à 6 ans d'expérience en support IT, une excellente maîtrise des environnements Windows et une communication fluide en français et anglais.
