Vous assurerez un support orienté qualité pour les utilisateurs, gérerez les tickets via Service Now et monitorerez les services critiques avec Zabbix et Grafana. Le candidat idéal possède 4 à 6 ans d'expérience en support IT, une excellente maîtrise des environnements Windows et une communication fluide en français et anglais.
