The Defense & Government Sales Manager is needed to grow and support Eagle

NXT’s presence within government and defense markets across EMEA and APAC. This role will work closely with military end users, government institutions, and defense focused commercial partners to support the adoption of advanced drone solutions in mission critical and operational environments.

Job Duties

The role supports commercial activities with government and defense customers, contributing to opportunity development and long term account engagement. This includes working with institutional stakeholders and navigating complex public sector sales cycles.

You will help identify, assess, and collaborate with defense focused commercial partners, ensuring alignment between partner capabilities and Eagle

NXT’s solutions.

Operational Demonstrations & Strategic Events

The position plays a key role in planning and executing high impact operational demonstrations for military units, defense agencies, and government stakeholders. You will also represent Eagle

NXT at priority defense and government events, supporting brand visibility and engagement.

Defense Focused Content & Partner Enablement

You will contribute to the creation and evolution of defense oriented sales content, including demonstrations, mission workflows, and use case materials. The role supports distributor and partner enablement by ensuring that defense specific positioning and messaging are clear and operationally relevant.

Cross Functional Collaboration

This role works closely with Sales, Product Management, Training, and Marketing to ensure readiness for defense and government markets, aligning product capabilities, messaging, and demonstrations with real operational needs.

Qualifications
  • Background in the military or defense sector (former service preferred)
  • Experience with UAS / drones; exposure to C UAS environments is an advantage
  • Familiar with government and defense procurement processes
  • Comfortable engaging with military, institutional, and public sector stakeholders
  • Autonomous, structured, and able to operate across regions and cultures
