Global Services Leader - P&L, SaaS & AI; Hybrid

CTC Analytics AG, headquartered in Zwingen, Switzerland, is a leading innovator in laboratory automation with a strong global presence. With 40 years of experience in developing cutting-edge automated sample preparation solutions (), we empower laboratories across life sciences, food, environmental analysis, chemical, and research sectors.

To further strengthen and expand our global Services business, we are currently seeking an experienced Business Segment Leader Services to join our team. This position can be based either at our headquarters in Zwingen or at our office in Zurich.

• Define and execute the global Services strategy
• Build and lead an international service organization
• Own P&L, growth and profitability
• Develop and scale innovative service business models (e.g. SaaS, subscription, pay-per-use)
• Expand and commercialize a global service portfolio:
  • Maintenance & Service contracts
  • Installation, support & troubleshooting
  • Training, consulting & application services
  • Software, upgrades & digital solutions
• Drive innovation through AI-based services and digitalization
• Lead international cross-functional teams and manage key stakeholders

• Proven leadership experience in building and scaling service businesses
• Strong track record in P&L and growth management
• Experience in international markets and service strategies
• Solid background in laboratory automation / analytical technologies (advantage)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution skills
• Degree in Engineering / Science;
  Business know-how is a plus
• Fluent in German and English
