NYDEGGER Personal/Engineering AG in Würenlingen sucht einen IT-Supporter ab sofort. Der/die ideale Kandidat/in hat eine Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik und Erfahrung im IT-Support. Zu den Aufgaben gehören die Unterstützung der Nutzer bei Applikationsfragen und das Überwachen von Tickets.
Der/die Bewerber/in sollte gute Kenntnisse in ITSM-Tools und Monitoring-Tools sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse mitbringen. Dienstleistungsorientierung und Teamfähigkeit sind ebenfalls gefordert.
