Cloud Infrastructure Architect - Client Advisory
- Full-time
- Collaborate closely with Sales, KAMs, Solution Consultants, and Solution Managers to qualify opportunities and define the technical sales strategy
- Analyze client requirements (business and technical) and translate them into scalable, secure, and compliant cloud architectures
- Design end-to-end infrastructure solutions (compute, network, storage, security, disaster recovery)
- Contribute to the preparation of RFPs, RFIs, and technical proposals, including effort estimation, sizing, and costing
- Participate in technical workshops, collaborative sessions, and client presentations
- Work in alignment with delivery, security, and compliance teams to ensure feasibility and adherence to internal standards
- Support pricing definition and TCO/ROI analysis
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of pre-sales methodologies and solution design practices
- Proven experience (5+ years) in cloud infrastructure and/or solution architecture roles
- Strong knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (OCI preferred, AWS or Azure)
- Experience designing highly available and resilient architectures
- Solid understanding of networking, security, IAM, backup, and disaster recovery
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
- Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional environments
- Experience responding to RFPs/RFIs and producing technical documentation
- Proven experience in banking, financial services, or insurance (regulated environments)
- Proven ability to produce high-quality professional documentation (e.g., proposals, architectural designs, technical reports)
- Ability to prepare and deliver executive-level presentations (C-level deck slides)
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, DORA)
- Cloud certifications (OCI, AWS, Azure)
- German, French, and Italian
