- Mitarbeit bei der Bearbeitung von IT-Anfragen, Incidents und Service Requests
- Betreuung und Verwaltung der Client-Systeme mit Microsoft Intune
- Installation und Konfiguration von Windows-Arbeitsplätzen
- Installation und Verwaltung von Druckern, Tablets, Mobiltelefonen, Multimedia-Anlagen und Kassensystemen
- Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Gruppen und Berechtigungen in Entra Active Directory (AD)
- Unterstützung im Bereich Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange und SharePoint)
- Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im IT-Supportls>
- Breit abgestütztes IT-Fachwissen (Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, Active Directory und Microsoft Teams)
- Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
