Job SummaryB&A is seeking a Help Desk Support Engineer to support USSOUTHCOM J26 ENHANCED DOMAIN AWARENESS task order. This role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving user and system issues while providing guidance on IT solutions.
Responsibilities- Provide technical support for JIRA, Git Lab, and other IT management tools, ensuring prompt issue resolution and user training.
- Troubleshoot software issues, manage user access, and support cloud‑based IT applications.
- Demonstrate strong customer‑service and documentation skills.
- Associate’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field, or minimum of 3 years of equivalent experience in contract administration.
- Experience resolving user access issues, troubleshooting software functionality, and providing technical training.
- Proficiency with IT help desk ticketing systems, remote desktop support, and incident response.
- CompTIA A+ or ITIL Foundation Certification.
- Microsoft Certified:
Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
- No security clearance required; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
