SEA​/SEO Specialist

• Own and grow the visibility and performance of our digital platforms, managing both paid (SEA) and organic (SEO) strategies.
• Plan, execute and continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns, overseeing budgets, structures and key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA and conversions.
• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies—including on‑page, off‑page and technical optimisations, keyword research and performance monitoring.
• Integrate SEA initiatives with Hub Spot, ensuring accurate tracking, lead management and funnel optimisation.
• Analyse both campaign and organic performance using GA4 and related tools, delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content and sales teams to drive ongoing performance and user‑experience improvements.

• 3–6+ years of hands‑on SEA/SEO experience, with a proven track record using Google Ads.
• Strong analytical capabilities coupled with a hands‑on, execution‑focused mindset.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, web analytics (GA4) and tracking/attribution.
• Self‑driven, structured and comfortable working in an international environment.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
• Fluent in English.
