Aregger AG Bauunternehmung in Luzern sucht einen Mitarbeiter IT-Support (m/w) zur Verstärkung des A-Teams. In dieser Rolle bist du die erste Anlaufstelle für alle IT-Fragen und Probleme und unterstützt die Mitarbeitenden bei Hard- und Softwareanliegen.
Du bist verantwortlich für die Analyse von Supportfällen und arbeitest eng mit unserem externen IT-Dienstleister zusammen. Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Informatik und mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung im IT-Support sind erforderlich. Eine serviceorientierte und teamfähige Arbeitsweise wird erwartet.
