Location: Fehraltorf
Jobtailor in Switzerland seeks a dedicated IT Support Engineer to handle 1st- and 2nd-level incidents, triage tickets, and provide on-site assistance to users. You will manage user accounts, perform standard changes, and keep users informed on ticket status.
Fluency in German and good English, Microsoft ecosystem knowledge, Windows Server and Active Directory experience, and a customer-focused service orientation are required. Valid driving licence and willingness for on-site visits are expected.
